Discover Plentzia and its Region

Unravel forgotten treasures and stories of the sailors of the town and other towns in Uribe Kosta. The Plasentia de Butrón voyage began to take shape in 1994. People linked to the sea began to collect objects and stories that they have contributed to enrich what we know today as the Plasentia de Butrón Museum or the Plentzia Museum.

From nautical instruments to logbooks, found Roman coins, sculptures, works of art and even personal letters, they increased the funds of our museum until the opening of the art gallery in 1998. Today, more than 1,450 pieces make up the collection of objects and donated experiences, which you can find exhibited in the Museum.
